comprehensive medical history + physical exam + serologies (anti-aminoacyl tRNA synthetase (anti-ARS); anti-Jo1) + muscle biopsy
PFTs HRCT Lung Biopsy
Restrictive defect Nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP)
Organizing pneumonia (OP)
   Most common signs: Traction bronchiectasis, ground glass, reticulation
Not always necessary
